"I just went today. I believe my doctor's name was Dr Pauly. It definitely started with a p. I have a memory problem. I read the reviews before I went which made me super nervous. The staff were all courteous. The doctor was not just courteous but I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. I needed a pain management doctor for my back and burst appendix scars. He ordered tests that no one's ever mentioned. The other doctor never gave me physical therapy. Only drugs. The doctor listen to what I had to say. I actively could feel him listening. It was amazing. Maybe the other people with bad reviews were talking about a previous doctor or a physician's assistant. Or maybe it was a different branch because I noticed there was another. I don't know but I am extremely happy about everything that occurred today."

"I like that they were able to get me in the same day as my walk-in. But the way they made it out on the phone the day before, was that i would be able to be seen if I got there right when they open. I was there at the very minute and they kept saying “if” “if” “if” I’d be able to be seen that day, they could possibly help me. I get it. But don’t make it out to be super simple over the phone and then I get there and I’m there for 4 1/2 hours before I got any word as to when or if I’d be seen by the doctor. Secondly, they try to push suboxone on you and then say, “well, I can’t force you to take it, but I’m going to prescribe it anyways. And I’ll prescribe you the meds you’re asking for, but don’t take it..” like, what?? Third, the doctor prescribed a whole list of meds that weren’t even sent to the pharmacy for me to pick up. The pharmacy tech said they didn’t receive a couple of them. And 4th, the suboxone that she prescribed wasn’t able to be filled at the pharmacy due to it not being in stock. They said they couldn’t transfer the order because it’s considered a controlled substance and the doc needs to send it. Mind you; these meds were meant for me to pick up and take with me to a residential treatment center where I’d be able to take the meds which is out of town an hour away. I’ve called and left multiple messages over the days to have them send in the missing scripts and have them sent to a different pharmacy closer to the treatment facility and I haven’t gotten a single call back. I’ve called and called and called and never get an answer. So I never got to get my meds that I was prescribed and nothing has been done about it. Won’t be returning. The Methadone clinic is less of a headache despite how much I can’t stand that place."

"Could’ve saved nearly 50,000$ in rehab fees had I just gone here first. Whoever wrote that review bad review was probably high. Love the doctor here. Super professional. And called me out when I needed to hear it. Also there’s only one doctor at the bridge clinic so whoever said that every single doctor at the bridge clinic must’ve been referring to elsewhere as my interactions with her have been entirely professional."

"To the person who wrote the negative review, they must be out of their mind. the staff is always kind and DR. Paule is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met! They really care about addiction and helping people get their live’s back together. So the commenter with the 1 star must have been off their meds or talking about another clinic!"
