"When I saw Dr. Schave via video appointments a few years ago, I did not feel like he listened to my concerns about the medications he was prescribing me. Instead of switching the medications, he just increased the dose of the ones I was already taking. I was prescribed more than 10 pills per day when I stopped seeing him, despite having an alcohol problem. He also made comments about my weight during a few appointments, which made me feel even worse about myself. I understand that he has helped others a great deal, but I personally had a very different experience that resulted in me almost losing my life."

Dr. Schave has not worked at the Santa Maria Clinic for many years (note she posted a month ago) and WHOMEVER this person saw, it certainly WAS NOT Dr. Schave. He was one of the most beloved and highly regarded/awarded physicians at the clinic. He helped hundreds of clients turn their lives around over the years, including mine and those of my children."
