"Dr Bazargan was really nice and answered all my questions. She took the time to see beyond the obvious. The front staff did a great job getting me in quickly . The medical assistant was also very nice. I feel like the office has improved a lot ."

"In the past, I have had a great experience with Doctor Yin. I have absolutely no problem with her, she is great, but the office staff was horrible. I called to schedule an appointment and I had requested Dr. Yin, but she was not taking new patients right now, which is totally fine. So I asked for her to simply tell me the list of other doctors in the office. Instead of telling me any of the doctors or their names, she completely ignored me and told me she scheduled me with a doctor that I had no who it was. I would have been fine to see another doctor but not when I’m not given any option at all. She gave me no information on the doctor or other doctors in the office and was not helpful at all. I called back and canceled my appointment. Will not be going back."

"Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with them. I called them when I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks. They couldn’t get me into an appointment until I was 13 weeks pregnant. They called me when I was 8 weeks and said they had a cancellation that I could take. I took the appointment and showed up on the new appointment date and the ladies at the front said they had no appointment scheduled for me. I showed them the number that called me and they said that is their phone number but there was nothing they could do about it. They then gave me the option to come back a few days after. I asked who my doctor would be and they said his name and I asked if I could please have a female doctor. The 2 nurses looked at each other and rolled their eyes at me. Then they told me how much I would love the male doctor. I explained to them how I'm sure he is a great doctor but I am not comfortable with a male doctor doing a full body examination on me. They told me I can’t choose if I want a male or female doctor. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me a new appointment date and I asked if I could have a confirmation of my new appointment sense they had already lost one. They told me no and that I would get a call 2 days before my appointment to confirm it. I have decided to not go to Marian for this pregnancy. I was extremely disappointed with them."

"My experience with this obgyn office has been pleasant every time. Everyone in the office has been extremely patient with all of my questions, and I feel heard with every concern, major or minor. I understand mothers can run high on emotions but they are very reassuring and their customer service is excellent. I appreciate all of their help and support along my new journey."
