"First off. There is no one at the desk! For 10 minutes at a time. So you are waiting forever to talk to some one. If it is your first time here they expect you to know exactly what your suppose to do to sign in..and what's the cow bell on the For? It's not like it actually let's them know to come to the desk, because they don't. I waited in line to check in for 5 minutes just to have someone called in front of me. I know everyone has stuff to do but at least tell me what I need to do. It takes 2 seconds to say "Just sign in here please." But no she had an attitude bout me coming up. The person she called wasnt even here. And yes i did wait for someone to step up before walking up."
