"The doctor was amazing, really explained all my options and make me feel comfortable. Also worked together with my other doctors to coordinate care. His assistant and the receptionist were also nice. Although I had a very hard time making an appointment. It took me a month of calling, getting no answers and leaving multiple voicemails until someone finally called me back. It’s frustrating that an actual person does not answer the phone. No matter what option you choose it goes to a voicemail. Then my appointment got rescheduled twice. The doctor is amazing but the scheduling is horrible."
