"I am a loyal patient of planned parenthood because they always treat me with respect and kindness but MAN this location needs some work!! The front desk receptionist was nice, but the intake person Angie needs to work on her customer service! She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. Every question i asked followed judgement and a snarky attitude! DO BETTER!"

"This location is the absolute worse. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Why bother making appointments if it doesn’t account for anything . I was not aware I was going to be there well after an hour waiting. This is not a fun place to be and yet they make you wait and think it was a terrible experience!!!! And they did not explain to me that some parts of the visit would be at a cost because I had private insurance nothing was ever explained. Regardless if this o formation is on their site which I’m sure it is it is just right to inform your patient of anything they may not expecting . It’s human decency"

"Horrible experience no help in any way from this non profit organization that claims no one will be denied due to insurance, income, or immigration. Was flat out denied due to income was asked to make another appt when I can afford to pay for birth control. There website is a complete contradiction on their service."

"I have a telephone consultation with them and they don't even tell me the I will get charged , I got the surprise in my mail ,and when I try to call to ask some questions to bill department they leave me in hold and never pick the phone up ."
