"Had my appointment today. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and front office staff greeted me and processed my insurance documents quickly. The tech taking vitals arrived promptly, brought me to a room after taking my weight and completed taking vitals in a professional and friendly manner. They made sure I understood and let me know how long the wait for the PA I was seeing would be. Silvia (the PA) arrived within the mentioned time and was attentive, interested and informative as to the details of why I was there and I felt very relaxed in discussing the details with her. After the appointment, the exit staff was very good with the follow up details and instructions. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Monterey Bay GI associates!"
