"I've been seeing them for a little under a year. Overall I've had a decent experience. I've had 2 odd things happen. The first was being told i can't be seen because i don't have the correct insurance. When calling back to clarify they said i was given incorrect info, but i had to reach out to them to find that out and be reinstated as a client. The second was, i called to get some paperwork only to find out my dr. No longer works there. I had an appointment in the coming week and wonder when they would have let me know if at all. I do think their front desk could use some customer service and communication skills."

"NAMHS has been a huge resource in my mental health journey. My therapist and psychiatrist here were regularly on top of my case to make sure my appointments were timely, my medications were filled correctly, and that I was safe. My safety and well-being have been so well taken care of here and I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs help with where they are! They will work with you to help you feel confident enough to be your own therapist someday "

"The good people who work at North American Mental Health Services in Monterey have saved my life. When I started my mental health recovery, there were no mental health clinics accepting new patients in Monterey. I was initially referred to 3 Prong Health where I struggled with medication management. I experience 0 issues with medication management here and I am always able to count on the folks at the front desk to handle any questions I may have in between appointments. Every single staff member there is welcoming, kind, and qualified. I would name names, but I love every employee there and I wouldn't want to leave anyone out. I genuinely feel blessed to be able to be seen by such caring individuals."

My Physician is amazing and is attentive to my needs. He has always worked with me and listens to my concerns.
