"Called to ask if they were accepting new patients and Dr. Vu answered very rudely, almost screaming. All he cared about was asking about my insurance then he wanted to get off the phone and he wouldn’t answer any questions. I wanted to go to him and since I’m switching insurance was willing to get the insurance he accepts but he wouldn’t even answer what he does accept just yelled that he doesn’t take mine. I have no desire to see him now as he is clearly only concerned with money."
