In the initial consultation, Cherie took time explained the game rules and was able to clear my doubts and answer my many questions. During the trip I had to change the returning flights three times and each time Cherie helped to fulfill my requests with lots of patience which I really appreciated. At one point the passenger was on the waiting list until two days before departure and before the ticket was confirmed, Cherie continuously tracking the booking status and was able to inform me with the status change promptly and communicated with Eva Airlines to secure the ticket. With her help we were able to keep our plan (although we kept changing our plan) and fly at the time we preferred the most! I definitely will book with Cherie/Tripplus again!"
