"It's a nice place to go for a stroll. It's relaxing seeing the little ducks swimming around and having fun. But you know what's NOT FUN. SEEING all the darn kids feeding them Hot Cheetos. I'm appalled that on busy days, there are no park staff patrolling the area to tell people to stop feeding the animals junk food."
"Excellent excellent park. They have a golf course, 3 dog parks, and other areas spread out as well. Greatly maintained down to the clean bathrooms at the dog runs...rangers are friendly and knowledgeable about the area/park. Fyi Park accepts volunteers to help maintain the park. Just a thought......if you ever have free time :)"
"After so much of rain in winter 2023, the lake is so beautiful and full of water. Everything is blooming, the trees, plants, even weeds. Many ducks, swans, as well as several ducklings. Few sections along the trail south of Hellyer Park are still flooded with running water from the overflown Coyote Creek. The creek is full of flowing water."
"This is a beautiful place for Birthday parties or any even . They have large group areas and many grills to BBQ. There are really nice bike trails and a pond for fishing or viewing nature such as geese turtles, ducks and so much more. They have an awesome playground for all age groups. The best part is the water play park to keep the kiddos cool while playing on hot days. $6 parking is definitely worth it. My favorite park."
"It's a nice and well-maintained playground near the lake. Lots of wooden playing structures and shades. The water pad didn't work in winter, and we will definitely come to check it again during summer time."
