"This is my first time going to this location. I was very impressed. It's very clean and the staff was friendly. We had the entire place to ourselves for about hour. They have games you can play too and party rooms."

"The staff was helpful, friendly and there was always a staff member close by. My son said it was the best birthday ever (which is quite the compliment since we were at Disneyland for his last birthday)"

"Do not recommend kids go here. Had a poor birthday experience here with young kids (younger than 10), there were older kids intentionally hitting smaller kids in the face and even though multiple parents asked for staff to stop them they let it continue to happen repeatedly for 3-4 hours. The parents were nowhere to be seen... Our kids we went with never want to get back there."

"We have been here for several parties. I wouldn't recommend it. The party areas are very small and restrictive in attendance which they didn't tell the truth while we made a phone reservation. So we were forced to leave kids in a room and parents stay in another room because the employee/ manager insists we can only have max 20 ppl (kids and adults ) in a room at the same time. The employee/manager even threatened us to kick us out if we have more than 20 ppl in the room, and they will continually keep an eye on us. If Google reviews have 0 star options, I will definitely give them 0 star and remind everyone not to come to this store even if you don't have another option."

"We have been here for several parties. Although the kids live it, I wouldn't recommend it. There is NOT ENOUGH SUPERVISION. People of all ages 4yrs - adults are in the same areas. The teens are rough on every occasion. Every time we have been (5), there have been injuries caused by others. The party areas are very small and restrictive in attendance."
