"Made an appointment due to serious medical issues but unfortunately needed to wait 2 months. Finally the day came and I was told very coldly by the receptionist at the stanford hospital "You dont have an appointment." So I pushed further that I made one 2 months ago for Feb 3rd and she looked up my info. She told me that my appointment had been canceled by a man named Marcus from the other office and I can try calling them or go there. At the other location, they informed me that Marcus had called the 5th of Jan and also left a message in the standford app. I looked at my call log and there had been no call that day or any day around that time. I dont check the stanford app for messages. There was no re-attempt to call and reschedule an appointment despite the fact that I was on the emergency list for any canceled appointments due to the seriousness of my condition. Fortunately the receptionist at the other location was kind and rescheduled me for a few days later, but I am very disappointed at the lack of diligence and possible honesty from Marcus. It could have cost me another 2 painful months."

"Been a patient for a couple years and it’s ok. The nurses and PAs are awesome! Always friendly and welcoming, willing to answer questions and generally available for a call or will call you back. The doctors are fine for a quick diagnosis and prescription but I wouldn’t go here for long term serious care management, they’re just pretty hands off. Sorry for being critical, I have great respect for everyone in the medical profession, just calling it how I see it."

"The health care professionals here do not want to help you and do not care for their patients. They would rather send you to an urgent care, then to help you. This place has been my primary care physician for over 8 years, and since I haven’t gone back since 2017 because I have been healthy and not sick, now they refuse to see me. When I asked why there primary physician told me to go to urgent care, instead of the actual doctors office that has all my files and charts, I was told it was because I have not been here since 2017. When asked how does that make sense because you guys have all my charts, I was told that’s what the physician said. So I said, so pretty much the physician doesn’t want to take the time to deal with me? And I got no response from the assistant. These are the wrong type of people to be working in the medical field. You go into the medical field to help people, not blow them off because you don’t feel like dealing with them. That whole medical office is unkind. I recommend going to another medical office where people actually care to help you."

"Dr.s dont pre-order blood tests before a yearly physical and then they won't post results to the app until you schedule another visit aka. co-pay for office visit. They should just pre-order and have results back when you have your yearly physical. Very frustrating. Yearly physical consisted of weight, BP and a few stethoscope reading after an hour wait. Highway robbery."

"Worst dr office I have ever been to! I went here 4 time and saw Dr Rangwala. Every single time was OVER an hour late to see me. Can’t even get a call back after I have left 4 messages now. They told me the only way to talk to Dr I just saw earlier this week is schedule another appointment and pay another co pay when all I want is a referral because they couldn’t help with problem. Made me come in to get blood work results pay ANOTHER co pay after I was the 3 days earlier for her to tell me all results were normal. All they care about it money here. No compassion and bad doctors."
