"This place is horrible. Most of the employees don’t care and basically tell people to go to your own doctor if you don’t like our services. Receptionist always chatting and make you wait forever and so very rude. Doctor always make stuff up and won’t listen to you. After the visit, you will get more confused because of what the doctor said. They make appointment based on what’s convenient for them and not even asking you if you can make it or not. No communication whatsoever. Too bad most company use them for injury compensation. If not, they probably already closed down and file bankruptcy."

"Great Customer Service, especially explaining the process and delays in service. The Staff is very friendly and welcoming making a difficult situation easier to tolerate. Compared to other Concentra locations, this is one of the best. The Physical Therapist Wesley is amazing. Truly cares about rehabilitation and is patient and listens. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The wait times are always extremely long to even get into a room. Then, you have to wait longer in a VERY cold room. I was there for 2 hours even though I had an appointment. I was glad that I brought my jacket. The chairs in the exam rooms are not cushioned, which is understandable to a point, however, it is very uncomfortable to sit for long periods. Especially with a back injury. The Berkeley location needs at least one or two more doctors. As for the doctor, Dr. Mott does not have a very personable bedside manner. Not even any smalltalk beyond, "Hi. How are you doing." She typed a LOT on the computer without even asking me more than literally two questions. So much so that I thought she must be catching up on work from previous patients or worrying a paper of some sort. In addition, I was shocked when she farted multiple times! She didn't even acknowledge it even though they were very audible and wet sounding. If she had issues with something like that, that's fine. We're all human, BUT at least let a patient know so that we have a choice of staying and dealing with it or not. Better yet, leave the room if that's going to happen. She could have just excused herself for a few moments. I will be having my additional follow up appointments at a different location and with a different doctor."

"The wait time was very long! Communication about the wait times would have been great! This was a walk in clinic, I showed up at 10:30am - after taking Uber there when I was told they were going to lunch and I had to come back at 2 PM! When I arrived at 2pm, I ended up leaving after 5 PM! This was unreasonable to me"
