"It took my husband to Urgent Care on a Saturday evening at 5.40. He had fallen backwards and struck his head which bled profusely. Very scary!. I got him in the car with a towel and ice and arrived at Urgent Care very soon before closing time. Was worried we'd be sent away. Everyone from front office to nursing staff and physician were very caring and unhurried and gave my husband wonderful care. They tested him for concussion and put in 13 staples in his scalp. We were very grateful for the terrific care we got. We are elderly and I could not have driven to John Muir in Walnut Creek in the dark."

"The doctor was very arrogant. He one minute with me and did not really care to listen. He also lied to me that he sent a prescription to Walgreens. He never did. I had to buy over the counter medication. I am so disappointed. I will never go back."

"My lady went to this John Muir yesterday late last night and saw a doctor called Linda Wang and my lady was trying to get treated for 2 things but that doctor told her she can only treat her for one thing because “I have a lot of patients” and only prescribed her one antibiotic so then the next day my lady went to a John Muir in concord and that doctor was waaaayyy more nicer and considerate and prescribed her a stronger antibiotic to treat BOTH her issues and that same doctor told my lady that the doctor in Brentwood could of taken care of both those issues for sure if she wanted too but the whole point is that “THATS HER JOB” and to tell patients only one treatment at a time is ridiculous. Don’t get checked by Linda Wang she don’t care because she has “too many patients”"

"My primary care physician Dr. Phamely and staff are amazing. Rather it’s in person or by video, having a doctor who listens before diagnosing is the best thing ever. The communication is great. I almost feel like she’s my therapist at times. My health has gotten better over time and I appreciate her for that. I’ve had my experiences with other doctors and staff at this facility and I must say that I’m happy with the outcome. I’ve only had one issue with a male urgent care doctor but that was at one of the concord locations. The Brentwood location I highly recommend."
