"Just got a clear and brilliant laser treatment with Nurse Marilen and truly felt safe and reassured throughout the process. The front desk staff was welcoming and showed me to a room when I arrived early and had some work to do. And Nurse Marilen was patient with answering my endless questions, she checked in often, talked through the process very thoroughly, and made sure I was never rushed. I was on standby and luckily got seen when someone canceled, it worked out much better timing for what I needed to do. This shows that the staff actually follows up.
