"The front desk staff needs additional customer service training. The most disturbing issue is every complaint that I have brought to the office manager have been brushed off during the conversation. I believe someone else has reported having issues with the office manager's unwilling to even acknowledge customer's concerns and attempt to gaslight you. Also, if you have even a $10 pending bill they will not touch your children until you pay. They will literally cancel the appointment on the same day and also charge you for that canceled appointment."
