"The customer of this office is in very low level. They never/hardly have any doctors available. If you're lucky and able choose your primary care doctor then doctor is not available or quit his office bye the times of your next appointment."
"Updated Review: Updated from 1 to 4 stars. I was contacted by management with an apology and was able to get the medication I needed refilled. ( deleted old review because the issue was resolved same day) The NP I see, Robin, is amazing and when you’re able to speak to/schedule with her, she shows a lot of compassion and fights to help you get the care/tests needed and is very pro active about helping her patients."
"I hated how this place treated me. I just had ankle surgery and im trying to get established with a primary care physician and they scheduled me 4 months out. I spoke to robin who was excellent even if she didnt perscribe me anything the conversation with her made me feel like i was in the right hands. Then i made a phone appointment with zamani and the minute he said his first word i felt like i was at the wrong place for care. He made me feel worse than i already feel. I told myself this is what i get for choosing ole health as my primary care team. I couldnt believe a doctor can be this way to his patient especially at a time like this in my life. My ankle is swelling everyday and hurting and i cant even see a doctor. He told me he has thousands of patients and he knows i had surgery but hes not going to do anything about it with a very fustrated tone. Ill never go back or bring my kids to this establishment."
"I am over a year late on this review, but Robin McIntyre saved my life. Even when my symptoms were small and difficult to diagnose, even when all the tests came back negative, she continued to push for more answers and never told me it was all in my head, or some kind of anxiety disorder as I feared she might. It is because of her that I finally received a diagnoses and can manage my life again. Truly a capable doctor who actually cares. I can't speak for the facility or any other staff, but Robin is an amazing doctor, and I was so lucky to have her when I was at my worst."
"Don't even bother with this place, one of the worst experiences. My father was in a serious accident and needs pain medication, I called on the 10/30 to order a refill for his prescription and received no call back. Tried calling back on 11/05 and was put straight to hold for almost 5 hours and when they did finally call back they weren't any help, just said they'll pass the message along for his renewal request. It is now 11/11 and they have not contacted us at all. This is ridiculous especially since he has serious injuries and you would think they would understand that pain medication is important. I'd give negative stars if I could."
