My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics 3332 North Texas Street, Fairfield, CA 94533

"Dentist terminated our Dr patient relationship. I think it was because I asked if our kids could pass on the X-rays. X-rays ARE cumulative and I know they always say it's no big deal, but it is, and the bigger deal is they have to expense out that x-ray equipment so I understand why they force everyone to get it. Maybe a little more respect for patient and not blasting our 6, 5 and 3 year old with X-rays twice a year for the next 20 years. We respectfully declined but I guess we can't be seen without having X-ray costs on our bill. We will find another place that respects patient choice and I hope more parents understand the effects of X-rays on their kids faces."

"My kids have been going here for a little while now. Recently my youngest had a big fall and chipped both front (baby) teeth. I was super impressed with how quickly they got her in for an appointment. And Dr Claus was able to help fix her up right then & there. Everyone in the office is so nice & friendly and they go the extra mile to make it as much of a positive experience as possible for the kids"

"We have taken our sons here for their entire lives. It is so catered to kids from the waiting room having video games and coloring to the staff being patient and kind to the boys. Dr Claus is never pushy and works with the kids to make sure they’re comfortable as possible. We had an emergency for my six year old at school and he fell face first knocking one tooth completely out and the other hanging loose. They fit us in as an urgent visit same day. My son was completely drained emotionally and physically from his hard day and dr Claus could tell. He gave my son the option to not get his tooth pulled but to be in charge of getting it out by bedtime which my son agreed with. After we left, dr Claus even texted me with his number in case we had any issues with the tooth coming out at night. I cannot express my appreciation for this office and staff and dr Claus’ care of my boys. Highly recommend!"

"I couldn’t have had a better experience here with my daughters. Dr Claus was so gentle with them and was more than patient with their wiggling around and crying. The sweet woman at the front desk (Nikki I think he called her) held my younger baby while I held sis for her exam which was a huge help. They were so excited about the toy they got to pick out when they left my daughter said we could go again lol."
