"Did bring my 10 years ago and the wait time was so long like almost 2hrs. Spent $3000.00 on her braces and it didn’t fix her bottom teeth but top came ok. She re did it now that she is working . But after 10 years I come here again the wait time is still same . I have a 86 year old client and we came at 10:30 and still waiting, time is 12:49pm. Please find better place if you don’t want to wait so long and they don't even say that they sorry running behind on schedule. Worst experience at Western Dental."

"My grandpa got dentures from this place and after a year they broke 3 times back to back. Since October I’ve been giving the dentures to them to fix and after 3+ weeks they give them to us and then they break the very same day. This morning my grandpa went in and got them after waiting 3ish weeks, they said they will be fine now then 2 hours later they broke after he took a bite of his food. Very bad and poor quality of work, do not recommend to anyone who needs dentures. They are not reliable at ALL. I’d rather pay money to get a good pair that will last 5+ years then get free dentures off of Medicaid/medicare that don’t even last a year. Save your time and find a BETTER place to get your teeth stuff done."

"I had an appointment today at this office. Now for some context. I've been putting off a dentist visit due to embarrassment and fear of being judged (drug use ruined my teeth) but i was recommended this facility from a friend who loves this dental office. So I came all the way from out of town and I'm HAPPY I did. Everyone there was so nice and sweet. I did not feel judged. Nobody treated me with negativity. Dental offices in my town have. Big shout out to Kimberly for being so sweet and understanding while I started crying (realizing the consequences of my own negligence) she was very sweet and very concerned when she seen the silent tears rolling. She's a sweet heart ! Will definitely be going here and recommending them to anyone who needs a great dentist office !"
