"I went here a year ago, I don’t know why it took me so long to do this, but the workers were friendly and kind hearted. The activities we did were fun and helpful one of the Psych was not a good experience, but he’s barely ever on the screen. He never actually comes in, but besides that I think everything overall is amazing, generous workers And kind patients . When I was there, I had a breakdown, and instead of just dragging me to the day room and booty juicing me like another Hospital had done one of the Workers (gage) talk to me in the quiet room there is phone access, shower access and check in and I just think it was a very pleasing experience"

"My daughter went there after her attempted suicide. They kept telling my daughter things before they let her parents know. They kept promising her release without letting me know. They gave her meds and then ordered labs but let her out before her labs then when we went to get her labs done they labs were off and her provider from the doctors office advised me to call to talk to restpad the ones who ordered the labs to let them know about her labs being off they said they didn't help anyone after they are released even though they are the ones who ordered the labs and my daughters provider couldn't help because it's above her scope. Horrible. They just let the kids out without making sure they are ok. I recommend going somewhere else"

"Here is everything you may need to know before going in. The staff are nice but will insist strongly on medication And the rooms are mostly clean. They do a skin check before you enter but you do get to keep your under garments on. They do not provide toiletries but they do provide clothes. The food is pretty good but you can't eat in your room. The place is really small and there are only about 4 people in one section of the hospital. If you are under twelve you will get a roommate otherwise you will not. I hope that is everything you need to know and I hope it will get better for you, whoever you are."

"My 30 year old son was brought here on a 52/50 hold. During his stay I felt that the staff cared thoughtfully and compassionately for him. They were professional and responsive during our visit and on several phone calls. I appreciated the fact that they did not over medicate him but only administered what was required for him to improve."
