"This place is close enough for me to walk too and next to a Starbucks so I can grab a drink after my test. Juan is an absolute sweetheart and helped me figure out the issue with my doctor not sending over lab order, he’s also just a friendly guy and a joy to see. Good at drawing blood too."

"Setting an appointment was easy, pre check in online was great, even able to check in from my phone that I was there. I was taken back less than 10 mins after arriving. Juan and Briana were extremely professional and caring. They took the time to listen to me when I said I get lightheaded easily. They had me lay down, talked me through everything and took extra care to make sure I was good after everything was done. I highly recommend both of them."

"Brought my mom to get some blood work done today. Walked in at 8:30 and couldn’t do a walk-in because the lady said we needed to make an appointment. The next available appointment in the kiosk was 9:50. She said she couldn’t see us earlier because she was so busy with appointments every 10 minutes and she was the only one working. She looked annoyed and didn’t seem like she wanted us in the waiting room. So we waited in the car for a whole hour and did not see one single person walking in until 9:40. She really could have helped us earlier but she simply did not want to. Her attitude sucks and even though she had on a face mask I could see her long face. Sorry but its true. If you want friendlier and quicker service go to Corning if its not too far for you."

"As I walked in, an employee was coming out, probably on a break; she gave me a big smile and told me exactly what to do once inside--a nice touch! I had made an appointment and it was honored exactly, signing in a simple manner done on a screen. The assigned phlebotomist, Juan, was amiable and totally professional, completely masked and gloved--which is not the case at some of the other local venues. I was in and out with a minimum of paperwork and with maximum efficiency. (As a side note, I had tried the local hospital for only blood work, and it was a total paperwork disaster, taking more than 40 minutes for a simple test!)"

"I had an appointment, I walked in just about appointment time, noted there was one person ahead of me; I logged in and barely had time to take a seat before my name was called. People were professional, business-like, and cordial. I heard the other patient say, she had been waiting in her car for a "text" but it never came. The Tech very politely said that happens at times with Text messaging. The woman was very upset I was being taken ahead, I said to the Tech "that lady was ahead of me" , but the Tech explained her computer already had my chart up so she had no choice. I do believe we all need to be more patient with those who are doing "essential" jobs and understand they have restrictions they do not control. I am always pleased with this Quest Office and think they are GREAT!!!"
