"The medical clinic is highly unorganized. There is zero communication with in the clinic. Every time you call in, it is an absolute fiasco. Every visit is complicated by miscommunication through the staff. The staff has clearly not been properly trained. Every other facility I have been to audits the chart before the upcoming visit to make sure all results are in. Well organized facilities return calls. My last message to this facility was on 12/08/2023. I was requesting biopsy results. That call was never returned. I was contacted today by another provider requesting a referral but they were told I had missed an appointment. I have not had any upcoming appointments scheduled since being referred out for testing. The same results I left a message for on 12/08/2023. When I reached out today, like I have to do every time they drop the ball. The receptionist was not focused. She could not remember my name or the reason for my call. She read my chart completely wrong. She then sounded confused when I asked for a supervisor. Keep in mind I normally have to ask for the administer every time I call in for any reason. The communication through the clinic is not good to say the least. I realize I am living in a small town but that is no excuse to not help your neighbors and serve your community in the best way possible. I wish I were just a picky patient with too high of exceptions but I know several other people in the community that are not happy with their services. Please if you have any other option for primary care, use it. I know I will be as soon as my current condition is resolved."

"Yall say our health is your priority yet I have to wait forever just to be seen. Get called difficult by my doctor bc I was insisting on a covid test and he was refusing had to come back the next day for a covid test and of course was positive. Also yall never answer your phones. Like im sick of it. Yall shouldn't even be in business. I literally sadly have nowhere else to go"
