"Well deserving of this one. Enjoy your $500 you charged for your trailer. User error was not a good choice of words for this family. This isn't their 1st RV experience. If it were me and not them, I would have cancelled the check and told you to sue me."
"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! Unfortunately I do not have the option to give a zero-star! Major issues with the trailer that was rented. Water leaked from toilet on 3 occasions. Called and reported on day 2 and the owner came out and was rude and blamed us for the leak. He said that they didn't flush the toilet correctly but also said that this had happened previously in this trailer. Clothes had to be washed and when requested a different trailer, owner was condescending and said " well I can just tow it out of here and you guys can figure it out!" Very unprofessional! Flooded two more times during a 3-day trip. Spent more time trying to clean up water and really put a damper on our vacation. When they came to pick it up another nice gentleman said there was something broken. Not only did this mess cause a major inconvenience, the company was unwilling to refund any money and said that it was user error. I have a lot of experience with RVs and this was not a user error. Toilets do not naturally overflow unless there is a defective part. They did not even attempt to make anything right. I feel horrible that I recommended this company to my daughter and grandkids. Will not use this company again! Beware!"
