"I hate talking to a fake voice so much, wanting to “collect a few details” on and on and on, and on, before I am allowed to speak to a person. And not someone in the local location as promised. I will never use Enterprise if I absolutely don’t have to."

"Terrible experience. Horrible staff. Egregiously unfriendly and uncommodating. I'm glad to see so many negative reviews because this location deserves them. All you need to do is look at this site and see the measure of negative feedback. Any positive reviews were from years ago. I made reservations well in advance. Firmly believe they didn't have a vehicle for me whatsoever and made me to feel that it was my fault for not having "proper" documentation (I later found out is unessential to the policy). Something's gone wrong at this location and it's evident from the alarming amount of negative comments here."

"This place needs a -5 stars I cannot say enough terrible things about this place the gal was so abrasive I actually was stuck here because of this location I understand policy but I was misled given wrong information and I jump through hoops for two days trying to Rent-A-Car leave this town. I don’t think I would ever rent with them again my experience was so terrible this location cost me hundreds of dollars two days of my life and I still didn’t get a Rent-A-Car from there I have rented from enterprise many times this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time the girl couldn’t wait to tell me I could rent a car in fact when I went back I didn’t even get in the building before she said I wasn’t eligible and every time I meant what she asked for there was it something new that made me not qualify do you not go here if you can avoid it"
