"WORST SHOP IN MILWAUKEE!!!NEVER COME HERE!! I promise you will be disappointed regardless of the service that’s provided! I’ve been disappointed time after time with this piece of garbage shop. From the tattoos to the piercings to the way they speak to people it’s all trash and UNACCEPTABLE. After returning for a refund on a septum piercing that was crooked we were only offered the refund if I took back a review made of the shop. Unbelievable the extents the owner will go to not make things right on his half. It was a $50 piercing that was blamed on the client for “jerking” yet no count down was ever given. “Frank” the shop owner is the worst possible person to try and do business with. I was almost thrown out after being scolded at by again the shop owner for the review that was made. I’ve never been treated so poorly and felt so uncomfortable by a man in my life."

"I will not let my experience go to waste, I came back for my deserved! Refund even if my left my HONEST review, I came in and the so called “Big Man” was super unprofessional came at my partner nd I with extreme disrespect raising his voice making a scene all because I I wouldn’t take my review down which I was honest about. My piercer gave me no warning and no time to prepare nd yet they’re blaming me for jumping. The red head didn’t even Pierce in the right skin of my nose and he hesitated like he didn’t know what he was doing. Imagine having too much ego to admit your wrongs and go on with your day. Instead they blame the client and treat them with disrespect"

"Imagine getting a horrible tattoo and a crooked piercing at this place all within a year or two. The service never improved and it’s almost like the owner covers up for his son for being a bad tattoo artist and the piercer not being good at his job by demanding angrily to delete our again HONEST reviews or else we don’t get our refund. It’s almost like this place is a scam that offers services just to mess you up and still make you pay. But I mean hey, if you really want that refund just listen to the “Big Man” just like he want and don’t let the world know that they all lack in talent, patience, common sense, and respect. Based off what I observed I’m surprised they’re not out of business lmao"

"Literally my Worst experience! they messed up my piercing, and after they removed it without a didn’t even give a refund, red head tried to be nice about it and offered to redo but I honestly did not trust, ESPECIALLY after looking at the reviews which I should’ve done first. The company is simply trying to defend itself from all the negative reviews, I didn’t refuse a refund, I was only able to get my money back if I took down this review to simply save themselves"
