"My 5 stars are for Dr. Papa in the women’s health department, he is awesome and the best doctor, I’ve known him for years since he was my OB with my 1st pregnancy and now with my 2nd one I chose to stay with him because he is the BEST I really recommend him ,the only reason I haven’t switched to a different place it’s because of him, I don’t think I can find a doctor as good as him, my only complaint is the front desk in woman’s health department never answers the phone! But other than that I had to get blood work done in the laboratory and the girl (I forgot her name) waited for me to get it done when she was supposed to go to lunch which was really nice from her. Also a shout out to Ana Lisa and Trisha with Dr. Papa from women’s health they are really good nurses and always help me with any questions that I have."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..ITS SCAM...ALL GIRLS BUSY ON THIER PERSONAL CELL PHONE AND WHEN YOU call the center they put the phone on silent mode and ignore all the calls..no matter what language you choose on their operator they will ignore your calls...I called them more than 15 times in one day..it always says ( you are the 1st in the que) but no one will respond..if you stay on the line more than 25 minutes will redirect your call to a girl who works from home and she is not a nurse too..her formal answer will be ( I will pass your message to the center in el cajon) and no one will respond...scam scam scam stay away from them.. The lab work..one day I had a blood test in the 1st floor..two girls chat with each other and they direct everyone to use tablet to self register yourself...imagine 12 person touch the same tablet..no direction on how to self check your self..and there is no other way to check In..so for senior people like my mom . I had to leave my office work and drive to el cajon to check her in...the girls there don't Wana check any one in ..I do not know who is the owner..but I advise to send all the staff on customer service training and spend more money to hire registered nurses"

"What a joke of a medical center. Not only do doctors regularly cancel appointments day-of, I showed up for an appointment to be told “they no longer carry my insurance “. So another day wasted by the terrible front desk staff and incompetent administration! Seriously go anywhere else and hopefully get better care."

"This place SUCKS. The inside is more disgusting than the surrounding area. It looks like they never clean their spaces. It’s inside some dingy, old office space and most of the floor is either cracked or stained with god knows what. The ladies at the front desk of family medicine always seem upset to do their job and are usually on their phones gossiping about family or friend drama instead of helping their patients. The phones, never answered. Dr. Valencia doesn’t care about your actual issues, she just does whatever she can to get you out of the patient room as quickly as possible so she can move on. She is somehow always unavailable as well, which doesn’t make any sense. As someone who has worked in the medical field, you definitely should steer as clear as possible from this “establishment “. Calling it a clinic is laughable."

"Dr Valencia is awesome. I have many health problems and going to the doctor causes very high anxiety for me. But Dr. Valencia makes me feel more comfortable because she treats you as a individual. I hate when drs just treat patients based on what medical books say. I am able to advocate for myself and Dr Valencia honors my wants and needs. I feel like she truly cares that I live. I don't feel like just a patient, she makes me feel like a good friend"
