"I boarded my service animal. The last time I was here, I have him with me this time and they gave me a shabby old smelly small room. They have new rooms available. And the maid gave some guy the room key to come in and look for something he left here and I was coming out of the shower! Then she came 15 mins later and opened my door as well..... I left my last room so clean and I fallowed all rules even when the manager came and knocked on my friends car window to tell her " no visitors", she was coming tod take me to dinner. Because I left my room so so clean and I followed all rules they would give me a little respect. But because I have a service animal I Am treated like dirt. No cool.... Not at all"

"I have been staying at the welcome in for the last two months and I absolutely love it there. It’s comfortable it feels like Home. The people are awesome. That work in the office. Good people nice small complex. It feels like a studio apartment instead of a motel. Not a lot of creepy people stay there normal people they’re just really great. I love it there. It’s my favorite place.. I miss it already"

"Great location. Walking distance to Ralphs, Sprouts and several local shops. The rooms are good sized and the beds are comfortable."

"Stood here for an overnight stay due to work and went out for 14 not even 20 mins and when I returned my pizza had roaches all over it, the microwave was infested with roaches. I reported it the next day and was not given no money back nor was consulted with a free overnight stay. I even showed the guy who was working the front the video of the roaches and all he said was “would you like to extend your stay, you can pay when you leave and we’ll give you a new room” why would I pay for an extra night when I just showed you what happened!? Their lucky I didn’t report them to HO or something, location was good, but the fact that he just brushed it off like nothing is not okay."

"This is best Motel Ive ever stayed at. It's quiet, the manager is a really nice accommodating and fair guy. The rooms are clean and it's not full of drug addicts walking around like zombies. You really can't ask for more in a motel. Love this place 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for decently priced quiet place to rest. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
