"This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! They have done nothing for me and WILL NOT return phone calls. If you feel like you need an insurance agent. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere."

"I’ve been with this company sense 2014 and the last couple years have been horrible! I payed my insurance in full and now they are telling me I didn’t when I wanted to be reimbursed and go else where They don’t do a good job finding best deals. They don’t have there facts straight when you have issues no one knows what’s going on Let alone have a personal touch of remembering you when everyone has a personal agent. Better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself"

"if i have a choice i will never give them one star! They never do their job! Every times i called, actually i seldom has questions or call...i left voice mail, i send email to the agent, they never reply to you. It has been a few times, the city send letter to them asking insurance certificate, they never reply. I get all my buildings transferred to other agency besides this one as the new agent can not do this building. I am so frustrated with them! The only time they seems interested in working with you is when you purchase policies through them, after then, you will never get chance speak to them! they are the worst insurance agency i ever had!"

"I have had nothing but trouble trying to accomplish anything with Hornick insurance. I could not get a straight answer about what coverage I had, or what I was paying for. I think Kate tried to get things done but was not able to be effective. One year was long enough for me!"

"Hardly ever return phone calls, if they do its a month later. Left because of poor communication, when I told the women on the phone that she said "it wasnt me". Well when its your company you have to apologize on behalf of them, basic customer service skill, I have to do it all the time in my job. Do not go here."
