"My neighbor Ken calls this place his auto store. He shared his experience there with me. He had a broken distributor cap tab. Rather than place the repair part costing just over $30.00, that they have on the shelf right there, they charged him $900.+ for a new distributor, cap and rotor. He’s 76 years old, and, does nothing but good for others! I’ve stopped into their store for various items, they are not hurting for business I assure you. That is just shameful. Besides, the vehicle was working just fine with the c-clamp holding the cap in place when he dropped it off there. One of the workers there even offered to buy his truck from him… for $1000.00. Give me a break. That’s worse than disgraceful. I won’t go further than this letter, Google reviews have worked well for me. I hope this sends the message to those whom understand that just wasn’t right. That man should be contacted by o'reilly auto 2438 W Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54303 and refunded his money."
