"93 yr old mother had to admitted in emergency room . She was taken in right away. They performed every test they could. Wonderful staff. Kind nurses. Doctors were informative. She was admitted to the hospital after 24 hours. She had a toxic infection and was put on antibiotics immediately. She received very good care !!! Excellent care"

"This hospital is the worst . My mom had a whole arm bruised because the students ( not nurses ) kept fishing when doing lab work.. along with that the wait is crazy 4 hours for blood work and urine? Another 4 for discharging? , my mom came for a stroke. They had her waiting in the waiting room since they have "no rooms" they told me someone with chest pain is more expedited compared to ER, . I've never seen a hospital so disorganized and lazy. Most students are on their phone , chit chatting, I wouldn't come here even if I was on my death bed."

"BEWARE! Good nurses vary. Tend to listen to incompetent family members instead of patient. Nurses on some floors are laughing, and not tending to patients when needed be. I've never seen slower help to a patient when in dire need. Some Nurses do go, & do their jobs very well!- but they're RARE here. Doctors don't seem to treat until too late- and are comfortable. No risk, no new medical treatments, no explanations of total risks to patients. Especially the extreme outcomes. Just overall- good seems rare here."
