"I just left the ER and I saw the reviews for this hospital which made me inclined to leave this rating. Yes, at first glance the hospital doesn’t look like the ones on TV, but the look of it doesn’t take away from the care I received. The nurses were so nice, they brought me water and a warm blanket and were overall positive despite the hectic work environment. I got a CT scan, bloodwork, and urine sample done, it did take three hours, but it thorough examination. The nurses checked in every now and then while I was waiting. Eventually, I saw the doctor and he was also nice and told me everything I needed to know and I was on my way. Overall, there are very good people working here and I find it unfair to judge it based on how the building looks. The people working here are doing their very best!"

"MY CON : I was admitted to the behavior unit ( psych ward ) for a week and its extremely depressing. Staff treats patients like trash including me. I was having a panic attack in midnight and I asked for help at the nurses room. My nurse said he can't do anything, that he's busy. He said to go ask the staff at the end for help. I told them that I has having a panic attack and the staff was like NO, NO NO NO , go ask the nurse. Out of all places I would expect the ward to help me out. All I wanted was someone to guide me back to feeling normal.I tried my hardest not to freak out because they give out booty juice here for the littlest things! Literally the littlest things!! I went a day without my meds, they will probably take forever to get your meds idk. MY PRO: They feed you so much there hahaha"

"This hospital is just depressing and they are disorganized . Was waiting for someone to tell me what was up with my mom after an hour or so they said doing blood tests and so forth , finally after some time went to ask and they didn’t even remember I was waiting for an update! She stayed for 2 days and was discharged and was just relieved to bring her home."

"Not the cleanest place to be in. My boyfriend was there for a week and only saw the doctor once. When it was time for my boyfriend’s hearing, the doctor said he’s severely disabled. He’s not disabled, just depressed. Huge difference. Nurse Kari was much better! The whole place just needs good clean up and better doctors."

"Save yourself and your loved ones. I was almost discharged after a horrible accident until a nurse I knew begged the doctor to give me a CT. They then discovered my spleen ruptured and I was bleeding internally for 2hrs. I was bleeding between my legs orange blood and they thought it was my cycle when infact it was my internal bleeding trying to find a way out. I could've died. Tell the ambulance to take you to Saint Joseph's or anywhere else but this death sentence hospital. You have been warned. So many people have died from less. This hospital beds to shut down immediately."
