"I have been coming to this store for damn near 20 years and they have always been nice and courteous. Recently they have removed their shopping baskets, so if you are getting more than a couple of things you have to balance them all — well a Gatorade fell and the cap flew off and spilt. I went up and told them and said sorry. The thin younger man that works in the evening came over and told me “you still have to pay for that one” I asked him why and said it was an accident His reply was “no, it wasn’t an accident — why are you getting so many things “. REALLY?! So I told him “I come here every day - you just lost a customer “ and I walked out. As I was walking out he called me a bit## !!! Could NOT believe that. Went to the next closest where i bought the same things I was gonna buy and spent $50. 2 packs of smokes, a drink and a few snacks —— I sm NEVER GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE."

"This place bites. Never parking during the day or night. NOT 24 HES or set time just close whenever and when they are open late night early morning....COUNT YOUR CHANGE AND WATCH WHAT THEY CHARHE OR TRY TO DOUBLE CHARGE...every time they short my change or try to charge extra. or for plastic bag when i only got a fountain drink..then the customer service..."

"One of the times when they really need a negative star system. After receiving their ads multiple times about pi day, 3.14, I arrived to find around 6 p.m. the store surprisingly not busy. I showed them their advertisements, I showed them I was a registered member, but they kept demanding a "barcode". The website from 7-Eleven was not functioning in the rain and all I had was my code number as a registered member plus all the advertisements, along with the promo code that I had earlier been assured could be just typed into the register. Staff was not helpful, and a smaller old man was actually rude and aggressive! After refusing me service, which was shocking, he threatened me! I called the police but unfortunately the rain meant they were very busy with accidents so I decided to just leave. I will be following up since it is worth my time and effort to try to have them removed from this location. I will however give their corporate office a chance and call them later today to see if they will make it right. To see if they care... or if they will dare."
