"Customer service Bruce(Didn't get last name) I have had the pleasure of getting help from him because I am handicapped with a brace on. He helped by pushing the food cart for me as I get tired fast, problem with back. He helped by getting me to my car, unload food. A couple of times he went to get items I needed but to weak again to walk and get them. Bruce is an outstanding employee and a really good person. SaL."

"I would have their undercover store security following me then they stop me from exiting they wanted to see my receipt and make sure I paid for everything I had it was 163$ I spent so supposedly I didn't scan 3 items I apologized and offered to pay for the items they refused and treated me wrong and the immature very unprofessional because she as very disrespectful to my mom who's 73 yo any mom seeing her son get bumrushed so my mom got emotional and for that store security to be so disrespectful to her really hurt me and I admit my younger years I made bad choices but I also paid for my sins I have changed my life I haven't been to prison since 07 I have been trying to live a normal life and I have money in my bank account I don't need to steal and they said I am banned from Walmart for 2 years and they took my picture I can't frickin believe that they refused for me to pay for whatever they said I didn't scan and it is sad cause we live right around the corner from Walmart so now I'm just going to Amazon and my family are letting everyone know what they made me to feel like I did something wrong now but really your stores are empty and with those crazy prices and being followed by undercover security so maybe this is a blessing I stop spending my money at your store so I thank you goodbye"

"Came here to buy a car battery. The experience was fine, I was able to get in and get out quickly. When I went the store was clean and not very busy. The workers were helpful and aided me in finding exactly what I needed. I would return to this location."

"The worst customer service. I was experienced the worst customer service ever that made me frustrated. Kimberly took 2 receipts when I came to return my merchandises. Then she told me that I only gave her 1 receipt. Kimberly was lack of attention; the male cashier who was next to her at that time kept pointing his finger to me. He was pathetic, he did not see what was going on. He tried to cover for her, this is the message for you since I did not get your name “mind your own business and focus to help the customer in your line. DO YOU JOB RIGHT! “. Did Walmart really train those people when they hire them? Lucky, the manager came to solved the problem. The male cashier was really pathetic and helpless!!"

"Terrible experience my first and likely only time at this store. Bought a 10 cup water filter pitcher online for outside pickup. No one brought my product out or answered the phone. They sent an email saying it was picked up an hour ago. Inside the huge store no one was at customer service. Lots of employees were just standing around, Finally found 3 guys talking together in the closed garden department. They had a pitcher with my name on it and gave it to me. When I got home I discovered it was a 6 cup model, not the one advertised. Gave a generous 2 stars because l usually like Walmart products and this store is probably too big for it's britches or needs better management."
