"I went with a friend of mine to get a pedicure. My experience was wonderful, I got a very relaxing massage and overall great experience. My friend however, didn’t have the same experience. Her tech walked away during the pedicure and was laughing with the other employees while my tech stayed and gave me my massage. The same employee also seemed very unorganized as the hot stones were cold and it was very out of order from my experience, even though we both got the same package."

"i’ve been in wisconsin for 3 years now living in smaller towns struggling to find a good nail salon and radiance is by far the best salon i’ve been to my entire life, i went with my sister and mom and we were instantly greeted with love and care and their work is outstanding, they offer snacks and drinks!! the place is aesthetically pleasing and the music being played set the vibe, i would really recommend coming here to get services from them!❤️"

"Very sub-par experience. Not my usual place, went with a bridal party. They seemed very disorganized. One person told me to sit down and wait for my appointment, a second later a woman told me to come back for my pedicure. She couldn't find the color I asked for and decided to find it later. She seemed a little aggressive about telling me when to put my foot in or out of the water, like I should have known or been paying attention. I also told her I wanted a basic pedicure, but she started doing the callus removal without my permission and then told me I'd be an extra $5. I don't mind a callus removal, I appreciate it, but I wish she would have asked before hand. I felt like I was tricked or taken advantage of. All of the people seemed to fumble around, or not know what was going on. I almost walked out without paying because they told me to sit at the dryer for my polish, and didn't talk to me again. Didn't tell me how long to sit there, nothing. This was my first and last time at this place. My usual place is Top Nails off of Wisconsin Ave, and I'll never stray from them if I can help it."
