It took a few change of ownerships but now under this couple this is a consistently well serviced, clean and excellent technicians. They listen and provide you with exactly as you request. The only place I will go for my nail care once again."

The manicure was completed while I was getting my pedicure, which made the process fast--but I feel like the quality was diminished. I probably wouldn't go back ."

"Work was done Feb 2022 and pedicure before that-I have been going here for years. One day I walked in as usual and had a pedicure. Strange, there were 2 young women there. Normally I see one of the owners. One of them did a pedicure. They had a itemized list of what I want and each was priced separately. Odd that’s not how it was before. High priced. The pedicure was the worst. It was done fast and my feet were still rough. She was very awkward and clumsy. I went back for a manicure and nails months later. This is when I realized this business was actually sold and these were new owners. No wonder it was different, bad! The manicure and turned out terrible, too much goop. I got home and painted them a different color so I wouldn’t draw attention to them. Inexperienced staff for sure! They were training some girls when I was there. You would think they would not train in front of the clients and do this on Off hours. My first thought was all these employees are new to the business. Also there was a guy in front sitting down making comments etc. watching people getting their work done. I think it was a owner, husband or BF of the owner. So annoying and unprofessional."
