"my cousins are locals and I’m visiting from Texas. They brought me here while I had acrylic nails on to get a new set and they told me I could do a refill. Tom was the one who tended to me and I’m just blown away. The service was wonderful and if I could, I would come here every single time to get my nails done. My nails look fantastic! Hands down best experience I’ve had ever and that’s because I’ve been to several in Texas and Mexico. Will be revisiting to get them done when I’m visiting once again."

"Always a great experience! Right from me calling in the day after the snowstorm to getting in minutes later to get a pedi for a tropical trip I was leaving for that day. With being sick, working, and the snowstorms last week, I had no other choice. They were accommodating, professional and nice as always and did a beautiful job. Considering I had foot surgery in October and this was the first time I could get my pedi done, they took meticulous care to do it right! I appreciate the team at Crystal Nails!"

"First time going here and I will never go back. This is what my daughters $38 manicure looked like - paint all over her skin and doesn’t even look like they did anything besides try to paint her nails. She was never offered the option of tips (which is what she wanted). When I called to discuss what they looked like and asked about why she wasn’t offered tips I was told there must have been confusion and I was told she could come back for it to be redone how she wanted it but we would have to pay for it. Regardless of her not getting tips (which she wanted) this is an unacceptable polish job with all of the polish left on her skin."
