"Lack of professionalism and lack of customer service! I went today for a new set of nails and at first a lady was adding the acrylic, till this point everything was ok, she was really nice but then when I asked for a design she sent me with a different lady, this last one applied the base color and then started doing the design, when I told her she was missing one color which was also in front of her with the other ones she started raising her voice saying if I want that color I have to grab it from a different basket (but the color was right in front of her) and then proceeded to mix all colors, I mentioned that’s not the way I wanted it and she said they don’t have the colors (which is a lie they have tons of them and again everything was in front of her!) then she removed all polish including the base one saying she wasn’t doing anything, while doing this she scratched my thumb with the buffer block. Not gentle at all. The design I asked for was like a French manicure with different colors in each nail but apparently she wants to do whatever she wants and if you’re not happy with it, she’ll act rude to you and will raise her voice to you too. Never coming back to this place!"

"I went here with a friend and I asked for a simple short nails and none of them are the same shape at all. The lady who was doing my nails was really hard on my hands and made a good half of my nails bleed and she didn’t say anything just kept doing her job and I payed 57 bucks for them to look like a five year old did them wish they did a better job"
