Better to drive to Madison and give them your business and spare your scalp the abuse it receives at this location. Janesville location should just be closed down."

"So I have been coming to this location for quite some time and usually have a pleasant experience. This time was not the case. I told the lady I wanted just the sides shaved. She proceeded to also shave the underneath taking HUGE clumps of hair off. Then she embarrassed me by telling the whole store to clap for me cause I said she only looked 30. She instructed me to use baking soda on my hair to help with my balding issue. She really did not seem to know what she was doing. Very aggressive when using the buzzer.pushing hard into my head. The whole time all I could think of is how bad I wanted it to be over so I could leave I was so uncomfortable. She was nice but not very professional and clearly not skilled at all. I've gotten my hair trimmed there before many times so I know how they do it and this was not it. Also when I went to pay she did not know how to use the computer and almost charged me more than I should of been. On top of her telling me to and I quote "make her look good" the whole experience was embarrassing and horrifying. I'm sticking to my usual stylist from now on. Not a bad place but be very careful which stylist you go to. Do not just choose the first available. Never making that mistake again."

"Do not come here. From the moment I walked in, I already had to wait 25 minutes over the estimated time. This already came onto my nerves. But it ONLY got worse. The reek of tobacco filled the place. And the barbers ACTUALLY don't care at all. I presented my barber with several shots and angles of the haircut I wanted. I specifically said to only clean up the top and shorten the sides. She completely ignored what I said and continued to cut off 2-3 inches of growth. She messed up the front, messed up the back, messed up all around. How can you mess up this horribly when I literally showed you multiple angles of the haircut I wanted? How can you do a completely different cut unless you either 1. do not care 2. are malicious or 3. are actually unhinged. I should be PAID MONEY to have to bear with this because I can't even fix it now that it's so short. This entire place only knows a basic crew cut. It's literally the only "style" they understand. These people are embarrassing and incompetent. I wish I had never come here. I wish I had never been stupid enough to give this place a second chance. This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to. For the love of god, DO. NOT. GET. YOUR. HAIR. CUT. HERE."
