"Went there for the first time and wasn’t impressed, for a 4.5 star place the services are not up to the standards. I got a pedicure and a full set and Han that did my service was very nice but way too rough and made the experience very unpleasant. To start off Han took my old acrylic set off with a fake nail and sawed it underneath to try and lift it off and hurt me a few times. (I scheduled a soak off, not whatever she was doing) Then we go to do the pedicure (I got the volcano one) Han cut my big toenail WAY to short and caused me to bleed, along with a few others. She also didn’t shape my nails so half of them are uneven and crooked. I also was burned 2 times by the stones. Then we go to do my nails and Han cuts me multiple times with the drill, sliced my skin multiple times with the file and by this point I’m nervous for the turnout of the nails. Han goes to put the acrylic on and the bead does not look right, i’m no expert but i don’t think it’s supposed to be super thick and burn me when it cures under the light. The acrylic was also very thick and bulky and felt so heavy on my real nails. Then finally the paint… I asked for black french tips. No picture. Han proceeded to give me what is pictured below, I liked the way it was going but then it got worse and worse with each finger she did. Very crooked and lopsided, she seemed like she was rushing because she had an appointment after me and the person had been waiting so I just told her they looked fine. (They really didn’t) My nails and fingers hurt, are sore, and very red around the skin and i should not be feeling ANY discomfort for the price i paid. I actually had to go to another nail salon so they could fix it. All in all i was very upset and won’t be back. $150 for this and I will be calling the business to speak to the manager Update- I went to the salon and showed them my cuts and they blamed the cuts on my hands from the cold weather?!? They offered me a $50 gift card in exchange but that wouldn’t even cover 1 of the services I paid for to begin with. They do not have good customer service and don't care about their customers, I gave them my number to give to the owners and requested a refund (even if i just get half) and no response."
