"Had an appointment and still waited 45 min to see the nurse for a 2 minutes shot. Receptionist said “ the nurses are all in a meeting “ explain why 6 people went in before me. All 6 people came after me. And some came out of the office while I was waiting. And why I wasn’t I told there’s a delay due to a meeting when I checked in. Horrible experience —- horrible communication skills."
"Extremely disappointed with their billing. I've escalated to the highest level and my situation was not resolved."
"I am very unsatisfied with Sutter as an organization as of late. The last three appointments I have made, some of which have been telehealth, have all been canceled, even appointments they reached out to me to schedule have been canceled. My biggest source of frustration is how long and how difficult it is to get real care within this medical organization. Not only this but only a handful of practitioners have been friendly and attentive, the rest have been quite dismissive. This was all bad enough, however when I finally do get a chance to come in I get treated noticeably differently and arguably more poorly because I am not vaccinated, this fact being due to a MEDICAL condition that is known on my record. Regardless of any political or social feelings you have about vaccination status it is not okay to treat someone poorly because they aren’t able to do what you can and that fact alone speaks to the character of the people who work here. I will definitely be looking for a new practice and organization as a whole."
"We have been with Dr. Morrissey for many years, and we really appreciate her. However just last week my daughter had what we thought may be food poisoning. The advice nurse asked if we had her vaccinated for COVID, and I told her no. She made me feel terrible for not doing so. She then tells me there is nothing we can do and that if she gets worse to go ahead and call back and they can see her in the office. Well three hours later my daughter was worse, when I called the office again the front desk told me that I should just take her to urgent care or the emergency room because they were really busy and couldn’t get ahold of the advice nurse but that they would send a message over to her and she would return my call, I never received a call back. She did have food poisoning and last time I checked nurses were supposed to be helpful."
"They do good work. Crowded in the mornings."
