I have worked at several urgent cares myself and you can tell from a patient perspective that not only the providers, but the staff enjoy their jobs. They have always treated my daughters and I quickly and efficiently. They helped expedite some urgent imaging and referrals for me recently and had I gone through Sutter, this would have taken weeks, if not months. Thank you so much!!!"

"We are so lucky to have Lincoln Urgent Care! I’ve always had an amazing experience here. I went in today and it was so full, people were waiting outside and more and more were coming in. I still was seen in a timely manner and my doctor came in right away. I was diagnosed quickly and before I started my car in the parking lot, my pharmacy notified me my prescriptions were being filled. Now they even have an automatic prescription app sent through text that tells you what you were prescribed and all the details associated with it. Best urgent care!!"

"Brought my 3 month old in today without an appointment. Front office staff was polite and understanding that I had to be cash pay and relayed that to the provider. Short wait time even though the waiting room was almost full. Medical assistants were very professional, sweet, and interacted well with my baby. The provider was great and very kind keeping in mind our current lack of insurance and self pay situation. This is our family’s preferred urgent care and who we recommend to our friends and family."

"I went to Lincoln Urgent Care first thing this morning to have a ring removed from my index finger. Why was I wearing this precious ring that had been my grandmothers on that finger? Who knows. It’s beautiful. It’s well over 100 years by old and I love it. The PA took great care to cut the band in a very “repairable” spot and I was on my way in a few minutes. Great place! Friendly staff. Lincoln is lucky to have this medical facility."
