"Very mixed feelings about Kaiser LIncoln, but when I break it down, these are the main factors: 1) Facility is outstanding - convenient, good parking, easy to navigate, and friendly assistance is provided by asking any staff 2) Providers and caregivers are all competent, caring, and helpful. Once you are in the exam room or office, you feel very well-cared for. 3) Disappointing when appointments need to be at Kaiser Roseville, as that campus is frustrating - parking, the need to know Bldg A vs B vs C vs D, the long walks, and the crowds. For something like PT, it seems we have to wait weeks for appointments at Lincoln, and we're told "if you go to Roseville, you can get it sooner". 4) Since COVID, the online sites, scheduling, medical records, etc. have become more unwieldy than before. For any appointment, sometimes messages are texted, some are emailed, and some only come by phone. I understand HIPAA laws, but as patients, we should be able to receive ALL pertinent information the way we choose. Most frustrating is that so often, they tell us to "call back", and then the number only puts you into a series of menus and choices. A simple callback ends up taking 30-40 minutes to reach someone who can assist. I have a 90+ year old mom who lives on her own but does not use the internet or cell phones. I now have to make all calls for her, and explain each time that she is unable to understand or use "an app" or the internet. So....my praise to the practitioners at Lincoln (and Roseville, the care itself is great), but the SYSTEMS used by Kaiser for patient access make the entire healthcare experience frustrating and maddening."

She is a hands on doctor that will address any issue in her power to fix during the visit. She and a few other of your specialists like DR Perez Morse ave surgery who removed cancer from me and save my life make my decision to stay with KP even after Medicare kicks in next year, easy.
