"Really upset with my experience. I told the lady Squoval and before I realized what she was doing she started using the clippers to chop the sides of my nails off. So she was doing oval instead of square with rounded edges. I grew my nails out super long for this appointment (which takes awhile!!) and she destroyed them in a matter of seconds. I told her that’s not what I want and then it was too late that in order to fix them they’d end up being little nubs. Then she didn’t even have the ability to make them an even oval. They’re super lopsided and uneven and it feels weird and I’m extremely unhappy. I complained and they told me it was my fault for not showing her a picture of what I want."
