"Optum/Megan clinic. First they misdiagnosed my 97 y.o. grandmothers broken hip. Is that not the first thing you check when an elderly person falls. They sent her home with a broken hip. They misdiagnosed my brother had a chipped bone in his neck said that there was nothing wrong with it sent him to a chiropractor which put him the worst pain and now my mother in law who has polyps so at her colonopysy they had students there watching made her uncomfortable so she wanted them out of the room but instead of giving her privacy they had her take a stool sample instead but failed to tell anyone that it came out abnormal and 1 year later she starts bleeding from her rectum bc of cancer and had her colon removed and now they are dragging their feet with insurance to do an ultrasound on a mass in her leg that they caused. Worst clinic ever."
