"Customer service coming in to get a bracelet to visit a patient. A woman that besides having nasty green bluish hair, match her attitude. She was so rude and argue with me in a maner where I think she forgot she works for a hospital, has no idea on how to talk or treat people. Shame they have her in the front desk. She sure wasn't busy or nasty talking to the security guard about her face tattoo #ghetto"

"If you are not actually dying don't go here it's a waste of time. Sliced my foot open refused to give me stitches. They only give ibuprofen for pain. Should have went to clown college and saved everyone's time."

"The nurses in the behavioral health unit are very disrespectful and they violate HIPPA laws. Do not take ur family there they will be mistreated.u would think after a suicide attempt they would be kind to u and keep ur personal information private but they do not."

"Been here since 5 pm it is now 10 pm when I came in there wasn’t many people but the staff on shift is just horrible they don’t care about patients or anything in between the lines all they do is gossip about patients between each other and when patients ask for updates they deny any Information ! Results shouldn’t take 3+hrs of wait. They don’t care if they make you miss work they will purposely and maliciously take longer ! The inland empire sure needs better emergency centers cuz this is a hell no ! Arrowhead worse"
