"I have been going to Dr. Reddy at Lakeside Community Healthcare for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Just a few days ago I was in the office for a pre-op EKG, and there was something that was little off. Dr. Reddy, knowing I was supposed to have surgery in a few days said she would try to find a cardiologist that could see me before the surgery. This also happened to be Thanksgiving week!. Definitely a long shot. But the next day, I got a phone call from the office and they found a cardiologist and had booked an appointment for me. The staff really came through! Very impressed, very thankful ."

"Lakeside Medical Group doesn't have any specialists. Want to see a cardio? They have one, 20 miles away and booked for 9 months. Urgent Care? One within 10 miles. My PCP has to appeal referrals because they reject them. Who knows more about what I need for care? My PCP, or Lakesides death panel?"

"No problem with the physicians here, but the office staff is hopeless. Lab orders are never submitted, which results in a huge waste of time and delayed care. I've lost hours of my life to unsent emails and faxes. I'm stuck at Quest right now, having made an appointment and not eaten all day, hoping I can squeeze the tests I need into my lunch hour because sending the orders was too hard. Gonna run out of meds because of this too, since the whole rigmarole is to renew a prescription. I'm seriously considering switching providers because I don't have infinite time to waste."
