"My rating was editing from a 5 to a 1. This location has gone downhill. Staff is now rude and unprofessional in both their attitude and sloppy appearance. The check-in/wait time, while approximate, is highly inaccurate. We had to walk out the last time after being told there were 5 people ahead, waiting over an hour, and then being told the wait was an additional 72 minutes (and we did online check-in). My son was comfortable here and he got mostly good haircuts, but the last couple cuts were very hurried and choppy looking. Also please stop trying to sell an 8 year old product. That is ridiculous. Talk to the parents, not a child."
