"RN Lin was incredible. She helped my husband and I during our rushed delivery through the ER. She was with us every step of the way and even checked on us up until the hour we had left the hospital with our newborn. She made our experience so much better than I expected. Thank you Lin!"

"My first time being admitted into a hospital was just a few day ago and I can say my overall experience here was great. The ER nurses and Dr were great very nice and patient and respectful. To the Nurse Mary in Surgery she was absolutely lovely. She really made me feel safe. I do have to say though that after surgery my nurse Geri was not the best, he was not helpful he didn’t offer me feminine pads when I needed them due to the surgery I had done I overheard another nurse telling him he needed to give me pads and she actually came and handed them to me. Also Geri did not offer me any food nor water and I was starving because I had to fast for the surgery. After the surgery it had been 24 hours with no food. I asked him for crackers he gave them to me and I never saw him again. And it was dinner time I know this because the patient in the same room as me got served dinner by her nurse. So I decided to DoorDash myself a salad. After Geri’s shift my overnight nurse came and she was good also."

"My wife and I recently had our baby at here at Montclair Hospital, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the nurses and staff were incredibly supportive and attentive. They made us feel at ease during such an exciting (and nerve-wracking) time. The facilities were clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the care was top-notch. We're so grateful for the wonderful care we received during this special time in our lives. Montclair Hospital definitely gets a big thumbs up from us!"

"The admission lady was very nice and helpful. She let me know what to fill out the paper work when checking in. The lady that took my vitals was made sure once I was done taking them made sure I got seen as soon as possible even tho it was full. The nurses are very nice especially when you’re nice to them. It’s customers isn’t always right. They’re there to help you if you’re not honest they can’t help you. If you don’t care about your health don’t even go if you’re not going to be honest. All around everyone who helped me was sweet and nice. Also if you don’t wanna get bored or keep yourself busy I suggest take a game with you or play a game on your phone for time will pay by quicker."

"I am glad this questionnaire about my experience was sent to me. I was too sick the night of my visit to get the opportunity to compliment and thank the ER staff. I would like to thank each and every employee that took care of me. From the check in desk, triage nurse, all of the bedside nurses, CT tech and my Dr, I was in great hands. Every single one of them patiently listened to me and were gentle and kind. They were thorough and truly made me feel at ease, despite the excruciating pain I was experiencing. The only names I recall were Brittney and Tiffany. There were other male nurses that were just as good, that need to be recognized as well. I appreciate you all and I’m grateful for your time spent with me."
