"After working a long shift and being unable to get home an hour away due to winter storm, we booked a room late at night no problem, check in was quick, staff friendly and pleasant. Room was well equipped for needs and lightly, but tastefully decorated. Assigned a quiet room to get some much needed rest and hot shower. Quick breakfast available with pool and hot tub. Great place for cheap. Thank you Comfort Inn"

"Staff is Always helpful and very nice.. Rooms are perfect for our needs. This time the closest doors were off, but she gave us the room without reservations, so I can't complain about that."

"rented a room just to take a shower and ended up not being able to use it and was in room 5 minutes before checking back out. Very understanding staff and gave full refund due to the circumstances. Room looked nice and clean and so was lobby. Staff very pleasant."

"The cleanness of the hotel is amazing. The staff is amazing, the prices are amazing. My favorite place to stay when I'm in Medford. Pool and Hot tube are amazing. Breakfast hot or cold. Yummy food, waffles, cereal, hot and cold, omelets, sausage bacon, b8squits and gravy, yogurt, bagels, English Muffins, toast, juice mill, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate."

"Can’t say enough good things about this hotel stay !! The rooms were above my expectation, the complimentary breakfast was tasty with a wide variety. The staff was all helpful and kind. I would like to point out Brenda at the front desk, she was very understanding to our situation from our travels from California and it meant a lot to us how nice she was. Thank you Brenda and thank you to the comfort inn for a great and memorable stay !! Highly recommend."
